Run for Change! Support Former Inmates, Mental Recovery, and Homeless
The Society for Community Organization (SoCO) is raising funds for the 2025 Standard Chartered Marathon 10K Charity Run! This event will feature former inmates, mental health survivors, and homeless individuals, who will showcase their courage and resilience on the track! 💪💫These runners from marginalized groups often lack structured health training. To prepare for this marathon, they will have to start from scratch. Starting in October, SoCO staff will run alongside these fearless warriors as they train, demonstrating their remarkable perseverance! 💪🏽✨ Their determination deserves our applause! 👏🌟

This marathon is not only about fundraising for others but also serves as a personal breakthrough for the participants. Through training, they will establish healthy habits and boost their confidence by participating in the race. This event offers them an opportunity to challenge themselves and run towards a fresh start in life! 🏅
